So many issues on this platform. Substack split my account when I tried to log in (while I was actually already logged in but they were showing that I wasn't). So then all of my Notes went to this new account and the subscribers stayed put. I ended up losing all of my Notes when I deleted the new account. No help from Substack whatsoever.
Technology sucks! And the worst part is the customer service is most likely AI and all you want or need is to talk to a real person to get things fixed. Sorry to hear about your health issues. Hope things get better for you soon.

Hahaha I did and all my followers 2,000 disappeared. No one ever gave me an explanation. I can’t even find my follower count now so who knows what’s going on 😆
At least we can be relatively confident that SubStack travails and Lyme disease were independently unpleasant events and not related. Wishing you a speedy recovery from both!
I lost all my subscribers bc I had to start a new newsletter bc my old one with 1,200 subs is now inaccessible except by direct link. I lost 800 followers. Many reached out like wtf, I got removed?! Very weird. Still no response from Substack. Oh and I can't upload my sub list from my previous defucnt newsletter.
Exactly. You would be a fool to not consider Elon and doge role in internet glitches by getting everyone's data. And also the Amazon shutdown and another recently not in the news. I believe they are resetting everything after infecting with their algorithm and eyes everywhere programs. Plus new ai so fast that billions of bots are nothing for them to deploy.
Maybe they have to clear out heterodox opinions to make way for the blue check mark people to migrate over.
I feel like it's going to remain a mystery. Apparently this has happened with other accounts. It seems Substack's approach is to ignore the situation.

This makes no sense. We are on a beta app and they are selling it as ready to go to get big names.

Crickets. My theory is that some syncing issue happened. I think it can't be fixed so I was ignored.
